TERMS & POLICIES
RATES
Rates are inclusive of a daily Maid Service. Additional Services can be arranged and will be charged at cost. Please be aware that we are required to add 16% Mexican VAT (IVR) and 4% Cabo Tourism Tax. We require a 3 night minimum stay and a signed rental agreement at time of booking.
PAYMENTS
We require a 30% deposit to secure your reservation. Pay another 20% of the rent 60 days prior and the remaining 50% no later than 30 days prior to your check in date. We will refund 100% up to 60 days prior, 50% up to 30 days prior in case you change plans.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a US$2,000 security deposit which we will refund within 7 days of your departure. We are not charging for any incidental damages (broken wine glass, plate etc.) up to US$200. Kindly let us know so we can replace broken items.
RULES
Check in after 2:00 PM. Check out by 11:00 AM. Pets are generally allowed if you notify us ahead of time. No more than 10 guests please. No Bachelor/ Bachelorette parties. Weddings are fine. Smoking is not permitted inside the house and bedrooms. You may smoke on the roof and pool terraces.

Our rates are inclusive of all amenities listed including access to the Fundadores Beach Club. Please beware that our house is listed without our authorization on a number of Mexican Villa rental sites. Authorized agents are Sun Cabo and Elite Destinations only.

We have been renting for 10 years and have never cancelled on a guest.We will respond within 24 hours pre-booking and within 60 minutes (WhatsApp) during your stay in case of any issues. Our house manager lives 10 min from the house and is available 24x7 during your stay.
WE HAVE THE BASICS COVERED
We keep the house exceptionally clean prior to your arrival and provide a daily maid service during your stay.We provide clean, comfortable beds, linens and a number of memory foam pillows. Let us know if you have special requests.Household basics are always well stocked.The house is in a tightly secured gate community. Two gates with 24x7 security guards.
